Aaptiv Team Tab Guidelines

Welcome to the Team tab! This group allows Aaptiv members to come together as a community, celebrate their fitness achievements, and share their mutual love and passion for Aaptiv. The Team tab is a safe and open space to give and receive support and guidance, ask and answer questions, make requests, and celebrate our amazing community with A LOT of confetti!

DOs:

• Introduce yourself! We are a tight-knit community and we want to get to know you!
• BRAG. This is the ultimate forum to brag about personal successes and accomplishments. Hit a new speed on the treadmill? Have a week long streak of confetti everyday? Share with us!
• Ask your fitness, health, and wellness related questions.
• Ask for class and trainer recommendations.
• Chat with Aaptiv trainers.
• Make requests! We pride ourselves in creating a product for YOU (our members). We want to hear what you want and what you feel is missing from your Aaptiv experience, so request away. We always listen!

DON’Ts:

• No Bullying. We maintain a zero tolerance policy on bullying, excessive profanity, and rudeness on this page. We retain the right to remove any posts that we believe go against this policy. We also retain the right to block members or nonmembers who do not adhere to our anti-bullying policy. Please help us keep this group respectful, helpful, and supportive.
• Have a customer support question? We want to answer it but this isn’t the place. Send your customer support related questions to support@aaptiv.com and/or community@aaptiv.com.
• If you choose to participate in a non-Aaptiv event in real life with other Aaptiv community members, please note that Aaptiv can’t control what happens at such events and we are not liable or responsible for anything that happens related to such events, interactions or transactions with third parties or other members.
